Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 2-year proven experience in a sales environment (charter sales – operator/broker) or similar role
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations is advantageous
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to analyze and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Provide accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers in a timely manner
  • Field high number of calls and emails and produce quotes in an expedited fashion
  • Maintain an accurate customer and broker database
  • Foster & nurture relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding objectives each month by meeting key performance indicators and sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and within the team
  • Spanish language is advantageous
  • Computer literate and experience with Aviation software

No-Show Policy

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen obligations may arise. However, failing to cancel an appointment in advance may prevent another client from receiving treatment. Likewise, a missed cancellation from another client could impact your ability to schedule a visit. To ensure fairness and availability, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less notice will incur a $50 fee.

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a “No-Show” and charged the full cancellation fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • While we understand that delays can happen, we strive to maintain timely service for all clients. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will need to reschedule your appointment. (You can confirm availability with our team)

  • We may contact you via SMS, email, or other digital channels regarding your appointments, treatment follow-ups, and promotional offers. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the provided instructions or contacting our support team.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may use subcontractors for service-related functions such as appointment reminders, customer support, or payment processing, ensuring that all data is handled securely.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Refund Policy

  • All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on treatments performed.

  • If a prepaid package or membership is purchased, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, have certain skin conditions, or are on specific medications.
